There is only one heroism in the world: to see the world as it is, and to love it.

Yesterday, I called my partner Congge to update each other on the recent status of our company. We sighed that a project has been progressing very slowly recently, and we've been fixing bugs. We also lamented that there hasn't been much improvement in user acquisition, and no new breakthroughs have been found. I and Congge consoled each other: don't expect too much, this is all normal.
Lowering expectations does not mean becoming pessimistic; instead, it reflects an optimistic spirit. Although we know it's hard to succeed, we still persist like fools, firmly believing that we might be the "chosen ones" who eventually reach the shores of success.
...and wine. Teacher Ma is making some investments in the BioTech direction. She said that when she makes investments, she pays great attention to risk control and doubts everything. On the contrary, we as entrepreneurs must believe in everything - believe in ourselves, in the team, in the direction, and even in luck. Essentially, the mindset is quite different. This is also why, even if the company has some idle funds, we don't invest externally too much. Unless one day the company grows big enough to really establish synergies and economies of scale, or becomes a platform-type company starting to build an ecosystem, then we can find a professional CIO to do strategic upgrades. But these are all future talks. We are still far from that stage. We should consider how to survive first~
